Sarah is a French-Canadian originally from Quebec, who grew up in the snowy landscapes of Manitoba. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Winnipeg and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta’s Calgary Satellite Campus.
Sarah’s treatment approach is rooted in a holistic view of health, considering each patient as a whole person. She offers personalized treatment plans, including home exercises, and considers factors like sleep position, posture, alignment, breathing mechanics, and footwear. Transparency is key to Sarah—she takes the time to explain assessment findings and diagnoses to ensure patients are fully informed and empowered in their care. While Sarah is skilled in addressing a wide range of conditions, her passion lies in treating issues related to the neck, upper back, and jaw/TMJ.
Certified in biomedical dry needling, Sarah is equipped to treat stubborn muscle tension for fast relief. When working with her, patients can expect a collaborative approach: understanding their body better, receiving effective treatment to reduce symptoms, and leaving with targeted exercises to continue their healing journey at home.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys cooking with her celiac partner, exploring walking trails and hikes, yoga, crocheting, and making cat toys. Having danced in various styles throughout her childhood, she continues to explore the broad world of dance in adulthood. Always eager to try new activities, she is currently exploring West African dance, roller skating, and acro-yoga.
Sarah is deeply committed to inclusivity and trauma-informed care. She believes everyone deserves access to medical care free from discrimination. Her goal is to create a welcoming, safe space for people of all ages, genders, sexualities, races, and cultural backgrounds—so don’t hesitate to be your authentic self when you work with Sarah.
